Blodeuedd and Blooey: Yeah, want to get both Zafon's and Fforde's book, too. But, Bloo, Shades of Grey's launch was delayed to January next year. Will your GC's still be valid?

Jessica: Thank you so much for the award!:) I'm a Buffy fan and vampire girl myself but I swear these are such odd book ideas.

Kwesi: Actually, it's a paraphrase of the title. But it tells you what the book's about all the same.:)

Hi Honey! I haven't read a Jane Austen book yet. I can't stand all the chismis! Hehe. Anyway, if that zombie book will be the closest thing to reading an actual Jane Austen novel, then I'll definitely read it.

Agree totally with your comment on 'production line thrillers', they are ok if you want something easy and forgettable I guess, I know quite a few people into them. And having other authors finish a dead authors work, that just seems like cheap money grabbing by publishers. The Austen/ zombie book I suspect is again cashing in on Austen's name, first the chick lit industry and now teen horror?. Another enjoyable post.

I've never been a big Jane Austen fan, but Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is a hilarious title.

I'm conflicted about the Austen zombie tie-in. I'm a bit of a purist myself (don't even get me started on the new Star Trek). But I love Zombies. Mmmm... Brains....
